Sanger is the son of a financial advisor. He spent 10 years at his father's firm before founding Decidedly Wealth Management in 2022. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Economics, Sanger focuses on helping family business owners navigate complex money decisions with lightheartedness and humility.

He is the author of A Life Rich with Significance: Transforming Your Wealth to Meaningful Impact and co-author of Decidedly Wealthy: 5 Key Decisions to Transform Wealth to Significance with his father, Shawn Smith. Together, they co-host The Decidedly Podcast.

RJ graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance, an Accounting minor, and a Business Leadership emphasis. He believes financial planning combines wealth growth with simplifying complexity and aligning money with meaning.

Outside of work, RJ enjoys golf, long-distance running, and service work.

Wyatt graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance. He focuses on helping Christian family business owners transition from accumulation to purposeful stewardship, emphasizing alignment with personal purpose and values.

Dori brings over 10 years of client service experience and 14 years of management expertise in financial services. She is committed to supportive mentorship and ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm's values. A wife and mother of nine, Dori brings warmth and care to everything she does.
